The Institute for International Trade invites you to join special guest Senator The Honourable Simon Birmingham,  Australian Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment and Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate for the official opening of the newly established Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in International Trade and Global Affairs.

IIT invites the South Australian community to learn about the European Union in the context of trade and globalisation.

Led by our Jean Monnet Chair in the Economics of European Integration, Professor Richard Pomfret

We will also be launching a new book "Potential Benefits of an Australia-EU Free Trade Agreement: Key Issues and Options", edited by Professors Jane Drake-Brockman and Patrick Messerlin.
