EU-China Comprehensive Investment Agreement

The Bilateral EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment was finalised on 30 December 2020 and is the EU’s first-ever stand-alone bilateral investment treaty.

A panel of distinguished speakers assess the agreement and engage also with criticisms that it does not go far enough on trade-related social issues.
