Trade Policy Decoded - Episode 11: MC13 and the Future of Rules Based Trade
As usual it was my great pleasure to trade thoughts with Prudence Gordon, this time on the #WTO's recently concluded #mc13.
We attempt to provide a "scorecard", premised on very low expectations for the conference prior to it taking place. From that low bar I am the dove, while Pru is the hawk! Then we discuss the future of the system in light of key international trends shaping the medium term future of the trading system. On these we are in agreement, if rather gloomy in our overall assessment.
